All services are being offered via telehealth. We use a secure, HIPAA compliant video and audio platform for your sessions.

INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLES/FAMILY THERAPY

Whatever your reason for seeking out therapy, we're dedicated to helping you find your way to better mental health.

We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and other trauma related disorders, relationship concerns and difficult life transitions.
We utilize evidence-based interventions from a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach and offer a client-centered, empathic, and mindful setting for all of my clients in order to promote the best outcomes for therapy.
We am trained in and utilize an approach called Cognitive Processing Therapy. This approach is an evidenced based and effective intervention for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Only through dealing with our trauma and the thoughts and emotions that have resulted from our trauma can we truly move forward in a meaningful way. Please contact me if you may be interested in effective trauma therapy.

We can provide you with a thorough diagnostic assessment. Following the session you will receive a typed report with the results of the assessment.

Services: Services

We are now in-network with Medicaid, Caresource, Anthem, United Health Care, United Health Care Community Plan, and Behavioral Health Services and will submit claims for services for you. You will be responsible for contacting your insurance company to verify eligibility, copay, or deductible.
For out-of-network cash or HSA paying clients the following fee schedule applies:
- Free 15 minute initial phone consultation
- Intake appointments for individual, couples, and family are billed at $125 for a 60 minute session.
- Therapy appointments following the intake appointment are billed at $115 for 60 minute sessions.
- Diagnostic assessments are billed at $150 for a 60 minute session
I accept any HSA cards regardless of your insurance carrier.
