WELCOME!

My Mission

Each of us is on our own individual journey. At times, we all need assistance to help overcome the stumbling blocks that are in our path. These stumbling blocks may be from the past, present, or fear of the future and may be affecting us at school, work, home, in relationships, or all the above.
My goal as a therapist is to meet clients where they are on their journey, build a collaborative relationship with these clients, and provide a safe, accepting, supportive environment to examine whatever issu may be present. In doing so we begin to begin to unfold these concerns and take away the power they are having in our lives.

Hello!  My name is Ronda, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and stress management. My experience also includes helping individuals experiencing chronic pain in coping with the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of their pain and empowering them to take control over the pain. Reaching out for help can be frightening, but we all need help sometimes to sort through our thoughts and feelings. Through a relationship built on support, trust, empathy, and collaboration we will work towards meeting the client's goals.
We will work together utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques to sort out the issues that are leading to complications at home, at work, at school or in relationships.
I provide a safe space for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings in an environment that is judgment free. I am looking forward to being a source of guidance on the path to navigating your future. Please feel free to take the first step to connect.

Hi there! My name is Amanda and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I  am honored to journey with individuals through the healing process. I enjoy using an integrative and holistic approach, collaborating with clients to cultivate an authentic, safe therapeutic relationship. I am very passionate about advocating and holding space for children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. I have experience working with clients and their families in youth day treatment and outpatient therapy settings. I have supported clients in addressing trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and psychosis, to name a few. I enjoy working with individuals that need support in processing religious, racial, and sexual trauma, partnering with clients that identify as part of the neurodiverse community, black community, and LGBTQIA+ community. I seek to use creative psychoeducation approaches to engage clients and encourage them to grow in their goals.

Hi, my name is Lexie! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who supports children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating emotional and life challenges. I work with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, relationship stress, and adjustment concerns related to school, work, and major life transitions.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based counseling as a foundation to guide clients toward meaningful growth. My goal is to create a safe, warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to foster positive change and growth. Together, we can focus on building practical coping skills, deepening self-understanding, and fostering resilience in everyday life.
